FlexCure™ UV Curing Oven
Flex Cure™ is a very SAFE to use, inline Ultraviolet UV curing oven. It cures inks, conformal coatings and adhesives, applying the correct UV irradiance spectrum to each product while protecting the product from excessive heating. Our UV emitters are made in the USA and are matched to meet your specific manufacturing requirements.
FlexCure™ is equipped with a highly efficient smart UV driver which is proven to increase UV emitter life expectancy up to 10 times.
The proprietary design cooling system moves highly filtered, quality air over outer and inner surfaces of the UV reflector assembly. This greatly increases both reflector and emitter life. The same air is channeled through air knives to cool the product.
FlexCure™ is very SAFE for operators to be nearby because doors at the entrance and exit open to the right height to let product in or out and are normally closed.
Our ovens deliver consistent and highly repeatable UV dose and time to provide unmatched ultraviolet curing for every product, and capable for high volume production.

Curing HumiSeal UV40 Conformal Coating
FlexCure™ is designed specifically to cure Humiseal UV40 and UV 50 conformal coating. It cures the coating at high conveyor speed (very fast time ) without overheating the product and very SAFELY and with minimum energy usage.
