The ETSMax Lead-Free Reflow Series Ovens deliver high throughput with a choice of eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) heating zones and 460mm (optional: 610mm) adjustable wide conveyor for production runs. Our Lead-free Reflow Series ovens provide excelent uniform temperature profiling across the board for enhanced process control.

SAFE UV Curing Oven
Flex Cure™ is a very SAFE to use, inline Ultraviolet UV curing oven. It cures inks, conformal coatings and adhesives, applying the correct UV irradiance spectrum to each product while protecting the product from excessive heating. Our UV emitters are made in the USA and are matched to meet your specific manufacturing requirements.
Flex Cure™ is equipped with a highly efficient smart UV driver which is proven to increase UV emitter life expectancy up to 10 times.
The proprietary design cooling system moves highly filtered, quality air over outer and inner surfaces of the UV reflector assembly. this greatly increases both reflector and emitter life. the same air is channeled through air knives to cool the product.
Flex Cure™ is very SAFE for operators to be nearby because doors at the entrance and exit open to the height to let product in or out and are normally closed.

TrioTek™ 3 in 1 (three curing methods in one oven) inline heat curing ovens from ETS are ideal for medium to high-volume curing, baking or conductive inks, conformal coatings, encapsulants and potting compounds. they are easy to integrate with automated spray and dispense systems, SMEMA compliant and equipped with a unique downdraft exhaust design. Removable drip pan and drip grabber foil lining reduce oven maintenance associated with messy drip and spill. the optional ETS xFlow exhaust flow controller and gas phase filtration ensure safe and comfortable work environment.
